BBIA has produced a series of case studies of BBIA members as part of the call for evidence from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), which is seeking to to produce a strategy that will encourage a world leading bioeconomy appropriate to the UK’s industrial structure and availability of natural resources.

Below are four case studies explaining the environmental and economic benefits of each company’s operations, the feedstock used, their export opportunities and what policies each company feels would stimulate growth within a British bioeconomy.

Please take a look at the case studies to see how BBIA members are helping to grow the bioeconomy in the UK.
