BBIA part of Defra’s advisory group on carrier bag tax

BBIA has been invited to be part of the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affair’s (Defra’s) Stakeholder Advisory Group on the carrier bags tax. The position paper of BBIA regarding the tax will be published here once presented to Defra.
