The European Commission has published its long-awaited Green Deal document on sustainable products, which should be essential reading to anyone exporting to the EU.
Whilst it is a long and complex document that is likely to be heavily watered down in its final implementation, the Commission lays out a vision for a ‘Regulation on Ecodesign for Sustainable Products’, which will impact almost every sector of the economy.
