A number of funding opportunities are available from the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC). Details can be found below:
- Feasibility Programme November 2020: IBioIC’s Feasibility Funding is available for collaborative Proof of Concept projects that have the potential to lead to larger, funded projects. Up to £15k available to support costs incurred by Academic Partners. Deadline: 6 November
- Scale Up Accelerator Project Call for SMEs: This open call for projects gives SMEs the unique opportunity to develop, optimise and scale-up their bioprocesses in partnership with the Scale-Up Team.
- HVB and IBioIC invite applications to their Joint Proof of Concept call:
Deadline: 14 September - IBioIC Open Call for 2021 PhD Projects: Fifteen fully-funded four-year BBSRC studentships and up to three 50 per cent IBioIC funded studentships are available via application from HEI’s across the UK. All projects require at least one industrial partner at application stage. Deadline: 12pm 5 October 2020
