    By applying for membership of the Bio-Based and Biodegradable Industries Association (BBIA), you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable UK and EU competition and antitrust laws.
    You understand that, as a BBIA member:

    • You must not share or discuss commercially sensitive information (e.g. prices, discounts, sales terms, production levels, markets, or bidding strategies) within BBIA activities.

    • You must not enter into any agreement or understanding through BBIA that could restrict competition or create an unfair marketplace.

    • You remain individually responsible for ensuring your conduct within BBIA complies fully with competition law.

    BBIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where activities are found to be in breach of these obligations.
