Bioplastic company BIOTEC’s Managing Director for Operations
Peter Brunk was born 1964 in Germany and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University Bamberg.
Before Peter joined BIOTEC as Managing Director in July 2010, before which he was working in the consumer goods and the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to his position as Managing Director of BIOTEC and the Board of BBIA, he is member of the Board of European Bioplastics.
He is personally dedicated to the support and success of bioplastics.
“We are still a young industry and we need powerful associations to promote biobased and biodegradable products”, says Peter Brunk.
He is married and has two children (aged five and two years). The family lives close to Duesseldorf.
