Josie Morris BA (Hons), MA is Managing Director and a shareholder of The Wool Packaging Company Limited – Woolcool. Woolcool produces insulated packaging using sheep wool as a sustainable alternative to polystyrene. This year saw Woolcool achieve B Corp certification, promoting business as a force for good, an ethos Josie is passionate about. Josie is an advocate for diversity and the development of strong cultures within businesses.

As well as being involved in the BBIA for the past three years, she also sits on the Board of Stafford Chambers of Commerce and has been invited to speak at various events, sharing her thoughts on sustainability and business impact, including at the Staffordshire LEP’s (Local Education Partnership) Annual Conference and the Plastic Free World Conference. She has also been involved in a number of roundtables with UK MPs, feeding back on local and national issues. Josie is a champion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and is currently a DiT Export Champion.
