Plant Based Summit 2017, the fourth edition of the event, is dedicated to bio-based chemical products, with a programme debating the issues that are of a specific interest to agro-industrial companies, chemical specialists and to end-use industrial firms in particular.
The third edition in 2015 featured around 600 bio-based chemical players, and with a further international expansion in 2017, Plant Based Summit is looking to strengthen its international position.
Over 75 exhibitors and more than 700 upstream to downstream decision makers will meet at the event to target and discover future innovations
and solutions. In addition, the event has designed its conferences programme to provide content where decision makers will debate on regulations, policy, innovation, and their return on experience; all this programme showing the competitiveness and the international benchmarking of biobased chemical products.
The conference aims to stimulate bio-based product development through a market driven approach in areas such as:
. Home care & detergents
. Personal care & cosmetics
. Paints, Coatings, inks & solvents
. Construction
. Plastics and materials
. Automotive
. Packaging
. Water treatment
. Biobased solutions for children

IAR Brokerage Event
The day before the Plant Based Summit, 24 April, an IAR Brokerage event, also in Lille, aims to take advantage of the presence of the global bioeconomy network in Lille to meet in preview with a networking event to allow delegates to develop their business, present expertise, skills and products, establish new partnerships and explore new technological partnerships.
More details on that event are available here.
