Innovate UK / KTN briefing event: Manufacturing and Materials Competition

Loading Events

On Tuesday 28 June, Innovate UK and the Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) will hold a briefing event for its Manufacturing & Materials competition.

Innovate UK recently launched the £15 million competition in manufacturing and materials to stimulate and broaden innovation in manufacturing and materials. Innovate UK will fund a range of projects that address technical or commercial challenges in this scope. These aim to lead to increased business productivity, competitiveness and growth, especially for SMEs.

A project may focus on technical feasibility, industrial research or experimental development. The type of innovation project will depend on the nature of the challenge facing your business.

The registration deadline for the competition is at noon on 6 July, with the application deadline following on 13 July 2016.

If you are preparing an application for this competition, the first under the new Innovate UK delivery plan, this is a prime opportunity for you to ask those all important questions as the deadline approaches, and in a slightly more convenient location than usual (TIC, Glasgow).

More information and registration can be found here.
