BBIA Bioeconomy Workshop

22nd September 2015

10:00 – 14:00 Crowne Plaza Hotel, NEC Birmingham

The workshop is organised by BBIA, bringing together those working in the bioeconomy sector in the UK: companies, research institutes, associations as well as consultants and aspiring start-ups to understand the various scenarios evolving in the UK: political, financial, industrial, commercial, and how the Association can best represent the interests of operators within these.

Speakers from the UK and abroad will illustrate their experiences and to indicate which policies could be game-changers for their sectors in the UK.

Our mission is to unite those working in the biodegradable and bio-based industries and to develop partnerships with those who share our vision; to put the bioeconomy agenda at the center of the political debate on sustainability and economic growth in the UK.

We hope that debate during the Workshop will help us better identify how to achieve this through collaborative relationships across various sectors and you are invited to bring your experience and knowledge and to take part actively in the discussions.
