The Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC) will be hosting its next two webinars in its Bioeconomy Cluster Builder series. These are:
- Sustainable Materials for Packaging (24 Sept)
- Net Zero Chemical Manufacturing (20 October)
The purpose of this webinar series is to support companies working in the biotechnology field in Scotland and forms a key part of the Bioeconomy Cluster Builder Project’s work to help deliver the National Plan for Industrial Biotechnology in Scotland.
The next webinar on Sustainable Materials for Packaging will include contributions from stakeholders including packaging users and a biomaterials SME to help biotechnology companies working in this space understand the full life cycle impact and material requirements.

In October, IBioIC will be exploring the innovation opportunities to accelerate Net Zero Chemical Manufacturing. This webinar will lead to an interactive brokerage event which will identify exciting and collaborative market-led projects to accelerate our Net Zero ambitions.
